My daughter & I went into get acouple of boxes, the young man was very helpful....
I had put my things in storage there afew years ago , what I was looking for was a clean place to temporarily store my things...... I will always go back there for supplies or future storage.
But to get back to today when I was there for boxes , I had 3 rings on my lap before getting out of the car to put lotion on my hands..... But forgetting about the rings I got out of the car & did not think about them until hours later, well I couldn't remember where they may be for I was all over that day.
I remembered my first stop it was the Public Storage , took a chance went down there & asked the three people behind the counter , the young man went and said a lady brought two rings in & he handed them over to me, I could NOT believe it.... He mentioned that maybe the other one might be still out there , I looked but couldn't see it.... Until the young man came out to help look & he found it right away .... They were not expensive rings but ment alot since one was from my daughter . That just confirmed how nice these people are, like I said I will always go back there.....?

We had to put our things in storage temporarily as we waited to take possession of our new home.Sunita was wonderful right from the first time we walked in , she was professional and friendly.The staff at this location is awesome and the units are well maintained.We got to think of Sunita and her husband as friends wonderfully warm and funny people.Its nice to feel ultra comfortable leaving your valuable possessions in the hands of this location. I can't say enough about the amazing level of service we received. I would highly recommend this business and specifically the Cloverdale location for your storage needs,as a matter of fact my sister took over my unit when I left and she is also thrilled that she feels safe leaving her things in the care of these folks. Rented storage a two week period and wanted to leave a shout out for Ruwan K and Suneetha Kariawasam. They were super helpful in getting us setup and outlined all the details clearly. Suneetha was specially helpful in getting our paperwork done in under 10mins. Ruwan took us to our rental unit and explained tour how to get in and out in detail. On a side note, the facilities were clean and well maintained.

This was my first time renting with Public Storage and based on this experience, I will no doubt be renting with Public Storage the next time I need storage space.

Been using this public storage for over 5 years now and have had nothing but fantastic service from Sunterra and Ruwam. They are both extremely helpful and always wonderful to chat with.

I have been a Customer with Public Storage for the last 6-7 years both in the capacity of Corporate and personal. Though I have moved from the area; I have stayed with Public Storage only because of the outstanding and Superior Customer Service.
Recently, due to the extreme weather conditions, a pipe was broken and my unit was flooded. I was abroad and this caused me a feeling of helplessness which also brought on the anxiety and uncertainty of the damage to my storage contents. Suneetha contacted me for approval to go into my unit and she headed a project to do whatever it took to protect and salvage my contents. This was a huge job as it involved getting approvals from her head office as well as hard physical work to transfer the contents to 3 new units where she kept the contents that was damaged in separate units.
Though there was damage to some of my contents, I am grateful to Suneetha for going the extra mile to ensure that my property was protected. She was professional and yet kept the personal touch.

Though I do not have my personal storage with Public Storage, my mother does. I live in a different Province and recently I had to fly out to Vancouver to assist my mother with her storage unit.
There was a flood that affected my mother's unit and she needed assistance to sort her contents and relocate it to a new unit.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The units are clean and the entire facility is well maintained. There are ample hand trucks for moving your goods.

I just wanted to extend this compliment to the woderful staff at the Cloverdale - Public Storage location. Suneetha and Ruwan Kariyawasam were extremely helpful in a last minute situation, helping us secure storage units after a move. They were knowledgeable and kind and took the time to explain everything to us. Their cheerfulness and kindness and extreme efficiency in getting all the paper work together promptly made the whole experience far less stressful than it otherwise would have been. Christia and Evangeline at the front desk were so helpful and processed my first ever storage rental fast and easy. Facility is clean, easy access to the 2nd floor with bunches of free big dollies and a not so busy elevator. :-)

Great location and staff. We rented for almost 10 years and never had any issues.
Only complaint is that storage fees have frequently been increasing - becoming unreasonable.

Sold my house in November of 2015 and needed a short term storage availability of 5 months. Contemplated hiring movers to store it or using the drop cube service where they drop a bin that you fill and they take away for storage. Decided to check out Public Storage as it was by my work and the new house I was building. Great decision. The room I needed was available and at a cost that was affordable for my budget. One of the deciding factors was my stuff was available to me from 5am in the morning to late in the evening. Which I took full advantage of :). It is a clean facility and well maintained. The staff are very nice (Ruwan and Suneetha) and helpful. Would recommend this Public Storage to anyone requiring a safe place to store their possessions.

Chara (hope I spelt her name right) and Evangeline helped me today and were fantastic. I am a VP of Sales so I recognized some of the sales tactics they employed (including on how they professionally handled my comment (objection) on your flurry of price increases recently). Both were very nice, friendly, and good ambassadors of your business. Evangeline helped me choose a new locker that better suited my needs than my current one and I was impressed when I watched her work the phones and quite a few clients, including myself, at the same time.

I find myself quite surprised to be typing this as time is a precious commodity these days but I wanted to compliment you on two very good assets to your business.

I have been looking for a storage unit for a while now and it seems like there are very few to be had. When I drove past the Cloverdale location and saw how clean and tidy the building and grounds appeared to be, I called and was put on a waiting list for a unit. I have since secured a unit and again was so impressed with how clean everything is inside and out, that it eliminated any stress I had been
feeling. Friendly and helpful staff.

This location is always clean and the owners/staff are super friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my Kindle e-reader behind in a public area and when I went back several hours later (not expecting to find it) they offered to call each of the dozen people who had visited the site in between to ask if anyone had found it. As it turned out, one of their employees had found it and turned it in at the front counter. A phone call later and I was on my way to pick it up and I was one happy camper. Thank you so much.

I have been renting storage lockers from Public Storage in Cloverdale for the last 5 years. Lockers are lockers! Cloverdale is special because of the Staff. They go above and beyond to keep there clients Happy!!! I have never had service like that from any storage company. I only use Cloverdale Public Storage. Suneetha has got to be the easiest manager to work with.

Moving from a house to an apartment or condo reveals just how many material "things" we have amassed over the years. I have been renting a 10’ X 20’ storage locker at Public Storage’s 64th Avenue, Surrey location for the past six + years. During this time, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Suneetha Kariyawasam, who, as Property Manager, has always demonstrated the utmost in professionalism, courtesy and genuine good character. While I keep meaning to sort through the items I have in storage with a view to vacating my locker or down-sizing, Suneetha’s sense of humour, and general positive attitude towards life and people in general, somehow makes me feel less guilty about my procrastination in that regard, and allows me to walk away with a positive feeling after I pay my rent every month.
